Development

In 2005, in partnership with Standard Federal Bank, the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan's Charitable & Educational Foundation promoted eight new home being built under the supervision of member organizations of Community Development Advocates of Detroit (CDAD). These homes, built by BIA Builders, were featured in the 2005 Fall Parade of Home Magazine.
